In my last post, I was discussing lenders and how a processor can help in choosing a lender to afford a smoother close. I will not call out the horrible ones in this forum (there are some to avoid at all costs!).
There is no perfect lender. You will not see a 10 out of 10. Every lender has issues. But if a lender has a good system and customer service where you can pick up the phone and can fix their issues fast, that weighs in for a better score.
The scores given are not rate driven but ease, efficiency, speed and performance. If you do not see a lender on the list, it doesn’t mean they are bad, I’m just showing the top 10 in my opinion. I am hoping the following list helps you out:
